Rick retired in 2006 after 14 years as a SR VP for CVMC in Berlin. Previously he was the owner of The Carlisle Group [HR Consulting] and a founder and part owner of Vermont Pure Springs [ bottling water company in Randolph, Vt. From 1975 to 1990 he was the VP for HR for Damon Corp. in Needham, Ma. A multi-national, fortune 500 company.
He served 14 years as a Guardian Ad Litem for the family court and was also on several non-profit boards in Vt. He coached and refed HS football and was also a coach for the Vt Ravens semi-pro football team. While living in Kentucky he served 15 years as volunteer fireman. During Vietnam he served 6 years in the Marine Corp Reserves.
